Although
wetechnically own our house it is in a repairable state with alot of
workto be done . The shingles on the exterior are asbestos and the
furnace is quite old. The interior is old slat board which does not do
much for insulation in the winter. All of these problems should be
adddressed shortly, only with a mother that is 67 years old and a
brother who is disabled himself i cannotdo this alone.
